Our Commitments and Collaborations

   (Pathways) provides personalized, Recovery Oriented Wrap Around, field and clinic-based, intensive behavioral health services to Medi-Cal and unfunded adults with disabilities diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Pathways program has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC to provide housing and supportive services to the underserved adults with disabilities population in Orange County.  (LSSSC) Embraces those in crisis, with short-term, emergency services; Equips individuals and families, with program resources to help them on their journey; and Empowers people to break the cycle of poverty, live with dignity and become self-sufficient. LSSSC program has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC combining low-barrier affordable housing, health care, and supportive services to seniors and adults with disabilities populations in Orange County through the permanent supportive/rapid rehousing program. Make a difference in our community by volunteering   (Tiyya) creates communities of support and organizes access to economic opportunities and critical resources for refugees, immigrants, and displaced indigenous communities. Tiyya program has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC to provide housing and supportive services to refugees, immigrants, and indigenous population in Orange County.  (OCHA) administers federally funded programs to provide rental assistance to qualified tenants in privately owned rental housing. OCHA largest program has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC provide the Housing Choice Voucher Program as a rental assistance for participants to use towards the rental dwelling of their choice. (Fullerton House and Sunset House) 

 s (IILA) provides refugees, immigrants, and survivors of human trafficking with the skills, abilities, and resources they need to become self-sufficient and start their new lives in Southern California. IILA has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC provide comprehensive support services such as: arranging airport reception, grant resettlement funds, conduct mental health screenings, community orientation, access public benefits, and finding employment and housing; to significantly ease their resettlement and transition to fulfilling lives in their new community.   (AMF) is committed to investing their expertise and resources towards community members through their focused programs such as outreach, community development and supportive services: housing, financial, nutrition and social services. AMF has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC to help provide housing and supportive services such as transitioning homeless refugees from shelters to permanent supportive housing.   (ASIP) was designed to provide time-limited housing-focused services and rental subsidies to help Afghan newcomers in need stabilize and move towards self-sufficiency. ASIP has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC help provide housing services, rental assistance and transitional program assistance. (Fullerton House) 

(OC) provides an array of supportive services to help the terminally ill, underserved communities, health, education, financial literacy, supportive services, In Southern California. OC has collaborated with ABS Community Living Services LLC, to offer supportive services not limited to: housing and employment services, health and nutrition services, behavioral and mental services, public benefit resources counselling, and community integration activities.(Sunset and Fullerton House)
